Summer Fun Day Format

Fun days are one of the best ways to reward employees (and their families) and can be run in a number of formats:

Fairground Style Fun Knockout

The chosen activities are laid out on the event field for a ‘come and try them’ session, a section of the day is set aside for pre-selected teams to compete in ‘it’s a knockout’ Teams rotate around a set number of activities. Refreshments are available with the possibility of Lunch or early evening meal.

1.Alpine challenge – Teams are timed down an obstacle course while attached to ‘grass skis’

2.Bungee Run – Inflatable lanes where team members take it in turn to ‘place’ the baton as far as possible while attached to a piece of bungee rope – collective distance over the set time.

3. Slide and catch – Team members slide down the giant slide attempting to drop balls into the collecting buckets. Number of balls in the bucket count.

4. Rifle range – Team members shoot ‘the yellow ducks’ in size order

6. Gladiator Jousting

7. Bouncy Boxing

Jokers and format

The compere blows his horn for the changeovers – and keeps the teams motivated and updated about the scores which are displayed on a central scoreboard. Teams can play jokers on only one chosen event and there score can will be doubled on the chosen activity.
